At Wood Eclat, we strive to provide you with the highest quality furniture and kitchenware. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged condition or if it is different from the one you ordered.
- To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that show signs of use, wear and tear, or any damages not caused during shipping.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Refund Delays and Issues:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
